Water Infusion -

Ingredients 4 cups of filtered water 1 cup of fresh or frozen blackberries Handful of fresh mint leave 1 sliced lemon (optional) Directions Place all the ingredients in a large mason jar or glass and stir until combined. Drink immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for a stronger infusion

Ingredients 8 Cups filtered water 1 Lemon Sliced, or as desired 2 Limes Sliced or as desired ½ cup of mint leaves ½ cup sliced cucumber (optional) Directions Pour water into a pitcher. Mix lemon slices, lime slices, mint leaves, and cucumber together in a bowl; add to water and stir. Ingredients 1 cup raw honey 5 cups filtered water 1/4 cup dried lavender. dried, organic culinary lavender 6 lemons, peeled and juiced approx.
